What we do
SML sells pre-designed units and custom designed units. Pre-designed units range in size from 29m2 to 72m2 while custom units are designed to meet the client’s specifications. The pre-designed units are most often referred to as laneway houses, garden suites or carriage houses; technically they are referred to as secondary detached dwelling units.
SML also provides a range of professional services including feasibility studies, design services and assistance with regulatory approvals and permitting.
